If you're disembarking a cruise at the Venice new cruise port, Chiara - Lodge is the perfect place to stay for a few days. The hotel is conveniently located near the Mestre train station and bus stop #2, making it easy to explore Venice without hauling luggage around. The family-owned hotel has a cozy, renovated room with tile floors, ensuring cleanliness and comfort. The staff is incredibly helpful and even accommodated our heavy suitcases by giving us a room on the bottom floor. Plus, it's a great value for money location away from noisy tourist crowds.
